Terms & conditions
What this website is, what it is not, and the terms on which the information here is offered.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
The most important point: nothing on this website is medical advice for your particular case, and reading it does not make you a patient. Please see a doctor in person before acting on anything you read here.
1. Agreement
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The terms may be updated from time to time, and the date above will show when they were last changed.
2. The information here is not medical advice
The pages describing conditions and procedures are general educational information. They are written in plain language and are deliberately simplified. They cannot take account of your age, your history, your reports or your particular symptoms.
Never delay seeing a doctor, or disregard advice a doctor has already given you, because of something you read on this website. Decisions about surgery can only be made after a proper examination.
3. No doctor-patient relationship
Visiting this site, reading it, or sending an appointment request does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when Dr. Rizvi sees you in consultation and accepts you for care.
4. Appointment requests
The form on this site prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device; it does not book a slot by itself. An appointment exists only once the clinic has replied and confirmed it.
Published OPD timings (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) are the usual hours. They can change because of surgery lists, emergencies and holidays. Please call before travelling a long distance.
5. Emergencies
This website is not a channel for emergencies, and messages are not monitored around the clock. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital immediately, or call the emergency number for your area.
6. Accuracy of information
The content here is kept as accurate as is reasonably possible, but medicine changes and details such as timings, locations and contact numbers may change without this page being updated the same day. Illustrations and comparison figures on this site are simplified for explanation and are not clinical data.
Patient reviews quoted on this site are individual experiences. Results differ from person to person, and no outcome is promised or implied.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design, illustrations, icons and photographs on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. You are welcome to share links to these pages, and to print pages for your own personal use.
8. External links
Where this site links to other websites or services, such as maps, WhatsApp or the hospital’s own site, those services are run by other people. Their content and their policies are their responsibility, not ours.
9. Liability
This website is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website, from reliance on the general information it contains, or from the site being temporarily unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor does it affect your rights as a patient under the law or under the hospital’s own obligations.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Madhubani, Bihar shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
11. Contact

In brief
The short version
No. It explains procedures in general terms so you know what to expect. The decision about your case needs an examination, your reports, and a conversation with the surgeon.
Not yet. The form opens WhatsApp with your details written out. Your appointment is confirmed when the clinic replies to you.
No. The keyhole-versus-open illustration and its bars are drawn to explain the idea, and are labelled as illustrative. They are not clinical data from any study.
Go to the nearest hospital. Messages sent through this site are not monitored at all hours and must never be used for urgent problems.
